Shipping Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 4 business days on average (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Note: Processing times may extend slightly during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.


Shipping Times (USPS)

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location and USPS service conditions.

Please understand that we are not responsible for USPS delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier. We recommend using the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to enter and confirm a complete and correct shipping address at the time of checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

  • If the package is returned to us by USPS due to address issues, we will notify you via email.

  • You will have two options:

    1. Reship the item: You must pay the full cost of re-shipping to the corrected address.

    2. Request a refund: You may opt for a refund, but it will cover product cost only. Shipping costs will not be refunded as the shipping label was already purchased and used.

Important: USPS can take approximately 3 to 10 business days to return undeliverable packages to us. This process is entirely dependent on USPS and is beyond our control, so we kindly ask for your patience during this time.


Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for delivery errors due to typos, missing apartment/unit numbers, or changes made after shipment.

  • Any delays, redelivery issues, or returned packages due to carrier faults should be addressed directly with USPS using your tracking number. If you encounter this issue feel free to reach out to us, and we will try to assist you the best that we can through the process.
