Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Please review the following carefully before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any damages caused by not reading our policies PRIOR to purchasing from our website!
Return Policy – No Returns Accepted
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality and hygiene, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final. This is to help us ensure we only carry the best quality and version of the products; not used products or ones with missing pieces.
We encourage all customers to carefully review the product photos provided and reach out to our website chat bot with any questions regarding size, color, quantity or other features prior to placing an order.
Important: By placing an order with us, you agree that you will not be eligible to return any product once the order has been processed and shipped.
Refund Policy – Conditional Refunds Only
We strive to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly and with care. However, in the rare event that a mistake occurs on our end, we may issue a refund. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following strict conditions:
Eligible Refund Scenarios (our fault only):

You received the wrong item.

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence).

The item is significantly different from the product representation in the provided images.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the claim does not meet our eligibility requirements. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Refunds are not issued for buyer's remorse, sizing issues (see exchange policy), or delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Exchange Policy – One-Time Complimentary Exchange
We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences might not align with expectations. That’s why we offer a one-time complimentary exchange, provided the item is in original, unused condition in the original packaging.
How the One-Time Complimentary Exchange Works:

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The exchange is free of charge for the first time only.

We will cover the cost of both the return shipping label and the shipping of the replacement item.

Exchanges are only eligible for the same item in a different size, color, or variation (subject to availability).
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review all product images and ask any questions through our website chat bot before placing an order to minimize the need for an exchange.
Subsequent Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item again after your one-time complimentary exchange has been used:

You will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the cost to ship the new item back to you.

Shipping labels will be provided upon request, and their cost must be paid prior to processing the exchange.

All exchange requests are subject to item availability and approval.

Note: Exchanges are not available for items marked down or on sale.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen or circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Cancellations are permitted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation:

Please include your order number and request clearly.
Important Notes:

If a tracking number has already been assigned, your order may have already been shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation. In this case please reach out to us ASAP to check the status of the tracking number and determine the cancellation eligibility.

If your order has not yet shipped, we may approve your cancellation request.

In such cases, the product cost will be refunded, but the shipping cost will not be refunded as the label has already been purchased and processed with the U.S. Postal Service.
